This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful tropical gardens. It's in a great location halfway between the historic town of Pollenca, and the Alcudia area. It's a family home designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.
On the ground floor we can find the lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite tv and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto the front covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There's a farmhouse-kitchen with fitted cupboards and equiped with a gas top, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Also at ground floor level there is a toilet.
On the upper floor we can find the bedrooms. They conmprise of one twin and one double whcih has an en suite shower room, accessed by some steps. There is another further shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and wall fitted radiators.
Wide lawns - with Mediterranean trees and plants surround the pool. The pool and gardens are at the front of the villa as well as a nice built in barbecue area.
Marina is a great villa with beautiful tropical gardens. Its location makes it easy to make the most of the whole area around Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The beaches and the historic Old Town of Pollenca are both at approximately 10-minute drive away.
